Returns Policy
To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@scallyboy.uk, quoting your order number. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped
We do everything we can to make sure our fabulous Scally Boy products reach you in perfect condition, and that you are delighted with them. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will do our best to exchange it for the correct item. If we can’t do that, we will refund your purchase. For reasons of hygiene, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds on items that are not faulty. The time limit for initiating exchanges or refunds is 10 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate an exchange or refund, please email returns@scallyboy.uk with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item if appropriate. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item. We will not exchange or refund any items returned to us without our return authorisation.
We aim to process exchanges within 7 business days. Please allow up to 28 days for your exchange items to be delivered to your shipping address. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account. If you require a refund because the product is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).
Any item you return for exchange should be new, unused, in its original packing, and in resaleable condition. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right not to exchange any items we deem not to be resaleable. The cost of return packing and postage of the item to us is your responsibility and will not be refunded. Any items returned to us for exchange that are damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packing will not be exchanged.
Please unpack your purchase and follow the product care instructions carefully. We will not exchange items which have become damaged through rough handling, unreasonable use or incorrect product care.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items. If a purchased sale item is damaged or faulty, we will offer you a credit voucher for the amount of the purchase, and the cost of shipping.
